When you refinance your mortgage you will need to provide proof of insurance at the closing. We need the following information to prepare the paperwork for you: 1. Exact name and address of the new bank 2. Date the passing is taking place 3. Name and phone # of the attorney handling the passing. The commitment papers you receive will have all this information. Just call or e-mail us with the information. We will prepare the insurance binder for you and fax it to the attorney. |
